  jacuzzi tubs didn't work, this was a reason for booking with this hotel. We visited end of June, front desk said none of them were working in the open rooms, she moved us and they still didn't work. we were not compensated in anyway. the service could've been better.

  Excellent hotel with modern rooms and flat screen TV's. The jacuzzi was the highlight of my stay. Front desk staff always had a smile and were very helpful. Very close Santa Clara Univeristy where my son goes. Would recommend to anyone.
