  I recently stayed in this hotel. When it says minutes it means it. You are 5 miles from the Mexico border, 20 minutes to San Diego. This is not a hotel to stay in if you want to be in down town San Diego or near by. It is located pasted Chula Vista on the I-5 South. the room was infested with ants and the bathroom had mold in it. Not a good experience as a first time travel agency customer.

  There were ants all over the room. Mold on the bathroom walls. We stayed two nights and when we asked for fresh towels the second day; we requested no housekeeping They didn't have any. Overall awful room.

  They must have made some improvements! rooms were clean, staff was very pleasant, the continental breakfast was fresh, hot and available. the rooms are a good size and the pool ...

  They must have made some improvements! Rooms were clean, staff was very pleasant, the continental breakfast was fresh, hot and available. The rooms are a good size and the pool area looked nice. There wasn't much within walking distance but for a low budget business traveler, more than adequate.

  Our room had no screen in the bathroom -- and no window! It's just a sort of vent -- vertical slits that open and close with the turn of a knob. The room was extremely cold and there was no way to secure our room. Also, they ""run"" every patron's license plate and don't disclose why (many hotels do this because they receive a fee if they are able to turn over guests with a warrant for their arrest or a parole violation).

  We stayed here because it was close to a concert at the coors amphitheater. low price reflected the condition of the tub and shower, which had cracked tiles and black ...

  We stayed here because it was close to a concert at the Coors Amphitheater. Low price reflected the condition of the tub and shower, which had cracked tiles and black mold. Bed ok, nice and quiet, friendly staff, but wouldn't stay again because of the mold.
