• No Elevator from 1st to 2nd Floor

  I check in this hotel during labor day weekend. and found out that when you ask the reception at the front desk during check in, is their a elevator to ...

  I check in this hotel during labor day weekend. And found out that when you ask the reception at the front desk during check in, is their a elevator to 2nd floor, she will said yes. When you walk at the hall way, you will find no elevator at all, you can only found a 15 step stairs. If you are an elderly travller with heavy luggages, you either ask for 1st flloor room or don't book this hotel. I am in mid 30's after moving 5 heavy bags up/down, I found myself back pain. The only good thing is, this hotel is about 10 min drive to SEA Airport and there is a dinner 1 min walking distance open 24hrs

  7-23-2010. there was debris in parkinglot. halls were dirty. room was dirty. there bed sheets were not clean. we refused to stay and motel will not give refund.

  The Hotel was in a bad part of Kent. The bathroom wasnt clean and had cracked tiles on the floor. Overall the motel looks like it needs to be reinavated. For the money it definately wasnt a good deal.

  My family stayed five nights at this hotel. They got brand new mattress and it was very comfortable. The room was very clean also. Love thieir break fast, especially waffles and very friendly staff. I will definitely stay again this hotel.
