I dont have one bad complaint about The Delores! We all loved the the front desk clerk ! The room was beautiful, looked just like the pictures they posted online. So clean! We were suppose to rent a car but came across a few problems... needless to say we didnt even need a car. We saved so much $, everything and i mean everything we wanted to do was walking distance from our hotel.. I WOULD RECOMMAND THIS SPOT TO ANY & EVERYONE. IT WAS FOUR OF US TOTAL & WE ALL SAID WHEN WE COME BACK THATS GONNA BE THE SPOT!

I was checked into this hotel for a total of 40 minutes. There was a large cockroach waiting in my room to greet me. I was told by the staff that this was considered a "welcome" in Miami. Housekeeping left much to be desired - floors had not been swept, mold in the shower, something crusty on the pillow, etc. Staff refused to refund my money and I had to take photos in order to dispute with my credit card. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel does not have laundry facilities on property. The hotel does not have an elevator and staff did not offer to help carry very heavy baggage upstairs. The room was very pleasant and appeared just as it did in the picture. The remote control for the room did not work which was a huge hassle and staff did nothing to attempt to resolve the issue or even attempt to replace batteries. There is NO PARKING LOT for the hotel so you are forced to park on the street which my be several blocks away or have to pay $* to park in public parking which is also a few blocks away. Check in time was at 3:00, but the room was not ready until 4:00; leaving us to sit around in the lobby for an hour.
