Victoria Delta's staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to upgrade to a room with a view of the harbor which is worth the extra cost. Our room was comfortable and clean. The room was also very quiet. The restaurant was excellent, as was room service food, especially the pizza! We would definitely stya here again.

I booked this hotel based off of the writeup here and did not get everything they advertised. We stayed on the Club level to take advantage of the perks of the lounge. 1- The writeup says no kids- yet we found them on the club level floor and in the lounge itself; 2- The listing said there would be a variety of "views", we looked out over the parking access and at the next building over, we were offered a better view for another $* a night; 3- The club lounge offered a breakfast that was below the standard found at most Hamptons or Fairfields, we sat for half an hour before they replenished the fruit; 4- The service in the lounge was poor, when we first arrived there was no one out front at the valet, the front desk and the lounge were fine, but overall not the exceptional service one would expect for the price; There are a lot of nice places in Victoria to stay, we will be coming back to Victoria, but we will look elsewhere for our accomodations.

The rooms were not only comfortable, clean and provided all the amenities but they added to the overall enjoyment of the trip. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful and a joy to interact with. The restaurant provided a five star dining experience that allowed us to relax beside the harbor and the food was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Victoria. I plan on returning to other areas of Canada and I will stay at another Delta Hotel because of this experience.

We stayed on the signature club floor, and the view was spectacular of the inner harbor and downtown. The staff was very helpful and professional, the room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, it's close to so many amenities and restaurants. Both my husband and I would definitely stay here again.
