First, in fairness.. the room was spacious and well lighted and there was a long balcony and it was fairly quiet. BUT the staff was sparse and underinformed. I had the impression (added by the price I was charged) I was going to a high-tech ultra modern facility. It was the most austere, ugly hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallways made me feel like I was in a battleship. I had to fetch and return my own iron (delivery service unavailable) and then they tried to bill me $60 extra at checkout because they thought I didn't return the iron. They "forgot" to wake me up as requested.. their wake up service is not auotmated but relies on the memory of the night help. They say they accept pets. I think I was in a pets allowed room. The walls of my room were stark, the one decoration was some saying in Danish painted in block letters on the wall. The bed was like an army cot. The furnishings made me think of IKEA discounted furniture. For $260 USD a night I expected a little more. It was very conveniently located near the train station (couldn't hear it, but saved alot on taxi fare to the airport).
