We stayed towards the end of our vacation. Room was very clean. High ceilings in the rooms, large bathroom (not a eurotel). Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. They even worked out a late (4:30 pm!) checkout to match up with our flight for no extra charge. Restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced for dinner (seabass and empenadas). Breakfast is simple and included, with flexible hours (4 am-10:30 am). Our kids loved the hotel and view - they wished it was summer so they could use the pool.

We had an early morning flight out of Santiago, so chose this hotel close to the airport. They start serving breakfast at 4 AM, have a shuttle service, free internet, and an incredible view of the Andes - what's not to like? Very comfortable, helpful staff, and one of the few places we found in Chile with a king size bed. Loved our one night there!
