Booked the hotel through Travel website where it had a three star rating. Arrived late on 17th and went to bed. This hotel might be two star at best. the biggest problem is my room had not been cleaned in awhile.carpets were filthy and need to be replaced; even the bathroom counter was dirty and had not even been wiped down. When i reported this to the front desk, they were very indifferent and told me i had paid in advance for two nights and they could not do anything.Room was bad enough we checked out early and lost the second night.Property is old and looks to be managed for cash out with no new investment.Beware!

I would stay again, the pool is great!! Kids loved it! The food was very poor, we said something but nothing was done about it. No breakfast, that's usual these days. No internet connections, only ice machine was located in lobby. We would stay just for the pool. The desk clerks were all very friendly, got a refrig and microwave to room quickly. The cleaning staff was good and fast. Beds were a little broken down, probably need new ones.

These are the reasons why you should not stay in this hotel.1. They charge a $25.00 pet fee, and this is outrageous compared to other hotels around the U.S.2. They charged a $50.00 incidental fee which we had to request be voided when we checked out of the hotel.3. The room was dirty, it smelled like smoke, the towels were dirty, the pillows were yellow, the window was broken, there was no deadbolt, and there was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector (dangerous!).4. There were several scary men hanging around parking lot when we had to retrieve ice and luggage from across the parking lot.5. When we asked to speak to the manager the staff was deceptive, rude, and unhelpful. I strongly suggest not to stay at this hotel as two women traveling we felt unsafe, upset, and unattended. There have to be better options and this Hotel should be ashamed of itself! We chose this hotel based on the reviews they obviously did not speak the truth.

Price was right for such a short notice. The room was clean. Hotel was easy to find. Kids enjoyed the pool. Salsa in the bar/lounge was tasty. Breakfast took a little too long, could have offered a better price for being guests at the hotel. Employees in the restaraunt were friendly. Inquired about taking the shuttle, was told where we wanted to go was within range for the shuttle. It was getting close to the cut off time to use the shuttle and was told that the shuttle was broken down. Personally I think that they just didn't want to take us, since it was close to quitting time for the driver. Also, I think the staff needs to improve on their Customer Service. Not only at the hotel, but throughout town. The skiing was awesome, but we experienced the same rudeness at the ski resort as well.
