Our rooms were comfortable and clean, location is good near shopping and many restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice (and hot, unlike some) but we were disappointed that they are closed all day Sunday and were still not open Monday morning when we had to leave.

We were in the area to attend a memorial for our brother in law. Therefore we were just sleeping there and not partaking in the offered amenities. The staff was always smiling and speaking to us as we past them at the desk and in the halls. The room was large, pleasant and clean. The overall appearance of the hotel was very nice. Yes, if we were to be in that area again we would stay there.

I just returned from a 3 day stay business stay at the doubletree. The beds were one of the most comfortable I have had in a hotel recently. The Jr Suite room was very nice and gave the 2 of us enough room to not be in each others space. The bathrooms were clean and appeared to be recently redone. There was a wonderful flat screen TV. The breakfast was a not the best but the staff is very friendly. The eggs were powdered and bacon/sausage was cold. The location was right next to the highway, but very close to the 12 Oaks Mall. I also appreciated the quietness of the hotel. The only other issue was not having free internet service in your room. You can use the business center or lobby for free service, but it is not really private. Overall I would recommend this as a place for any business traveler to stay.....just plan to eat out for breakfast.

I had an excellent saty at this Double Tree. The room was obviously recently remodled. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice flat panel tv in the room and a very nice desk top and chair. The internet connection wirelessly worked flawlessly and was very strong. The shower was also very nice. The location was only minutes from my business location so it made for a very nice and convenient stay. Also, there is a Balleys fitness right next store that they gave me access to which was very ncie. I would stay here again with no issues! very nice and easy parking with easy access to the hotel from almost all parking locations.

I would always stay at the DoubleTree in Novi when it was at its other location only a few blocks away and I loved it. However since it moved I had a very different experience. The heater/air conditioning unit would turn on for 30 seconds every 2 min. I had no control over it. I complained several times during the day and night but nothing was ever resolved. I even asked at about 3am if they could just cut the power to my room so I could at least sleep without the distraction.
