  Worse experince at a doubletree!! we arrived at the hotel at check in at 3pm. we were told that our room would be ready in 30 minutes. we returned at ...

  Worse experince at a Doubletree!! We arrived at the hotel at check in at 3pm. We were told that our room would be ready in 30 minutes. We returned at 4:30 to be told that it would be another 45 minutes. They gave us a key to a wrong room! at 5:30! THe wrong room was on a smoking floor. When we went back to the desk the manager denied making a mistake. We did not get in to our room until 6:30pm!! This made us late for our event at 7pm. We talked to both the day and night managers and both were apathetic. We were not the only guests with problems. Each trip to the front desk we stood in line with a crowd of complaining guests. Avoid this hotel!!!!

  This was a great hotel, I would honestly say it is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and roomy. The bed could not have been more comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

  Indoor pool was great. new years eve dinner was very pricey and we went elsewhere, we received contradictory info that we could order of of regular menu. breakfast next day ...

  Indoor pool was great. New Years eve dinner was very pricey and we went elsewhere, we received contradictory info that we could order of of regular menu. Breakfast next day was great. Pipes though were knocking all night on walls.
