Our family just stayed here in January for a tournement at the All Star Sports Arena which real close by. Location was ideal due to easy & central access to I-540 and MANY fastfood restautrants right next door. Cracker Barrel was close too. Hotel was not very big though. Kids loved the 42" HDTV's with reasonably priced movies and games, big breakfast, & indoor pool. We parents loved the bar, room service, free fitness center & business center, sauna and hot tub, microwave, mini refrigerator, free wireless. The breakfast bufffet also included cooked to order items and was worth the extra cost. But we found out afterward we could have gotten a Bed & Breakfast Package and paid less. Our family and whole volleyball team will go back here everytime we come to Northwest Arkansas. Nice staff too.

When I arrived I was greated with a genuine welcome AND a warm cookie. Wow! I booked a Bed & Breakfast Package for just a bit more than the AAA rate; which turned out to be an incredible deal. This was no continental. It was a full, made to order breakfast AND buffet. For just $5 more everyone in our room got breakfast. Wow! Our room had upscale decor with a 42" Flat Panel TV, microwave, and even a refrigerator. The beds were really fresh, fluffy & comfortable My grandson loved the free wireless internet, indoor pool, hot tub & Precor fitness room. I liked the extra manager reception from 5-7pm with free soft drinks & appetizers. We did not utilize the bar, restaurant or room service that was available. The rooms were very clean throughout our stay. Every time I encountered an employee they were really friendly & helpful.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was fantastic, it was clean and the surroundings were very secure. The staff was very friendly, it was a clean environment and the spa area was well maintained as well. I would definitely stay there again.
