  The service and pool were excellent. So nice that my toddlers could stand in the shallow (3 ft) end of the pool! A couple days after checkout, I was able to go back and get a recharger I left there by mistake. The front desk has these awesome choc chip cookies they give you when you check in. If you smell them fresh from the oven, I say make up an excuse to talk to the front desk folks! Service was impeccable.

  I went to chicago for the first time with my school and this hotel met our every need! they did great handeling 120 kids!

  Cannot overemphasize the importance of good management and staff in the experience of hotel guests. This one is top notch in both management and staff. I felt just like a good friend, someone they cherished but hadn't seen in years, coming to visit. The red carpet was rolled out, so to speak, but not in a stuffy way.
