The hotel is very nice...the room was great, clean and modern. The pool and gym are also very nice. The only real problem I had was that almost every hotel my family and I have stayed in over the last few years has included at least a continental breakfast of some kind...to bad this place doesn't for the same price or less I can get a nice room, pool and continental breakfast at Country Inn and Suites!!

The pool outside closes at 8 pm which is way to early for summer which was not what you would suspect considering the pool is featured on the home page.It is very a nice pool just no hours.Rooms were clean and well stocked with amenities.The only drawbacks were $* per computer access and basically no channels,free or paid available.Still would give it 5 out of 10 rating.The people were very friendly and most helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights because our conference was held there. The walls are paper thin and the heating system was very loud. The temperature of the room would not stay the same, it was either too hot or too cold. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The hotel did have a few good things. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, the hotel was extremely clean and the in-room coffee was excellent.

I had a non-smoking room that had a horrible smoke odor. I felt like I might smell like a smoker after staying in the room any length of time. I tried to spend as much time out of doors as possible. I do not believe I have ever stayed at a hotel that smelled of smoke this strongly. I asked for deoderant spray, but was told by housekeeping that nothing was available. Being in the medical field, I know that you will want to address this problem. Second hand smoke and the residual left behind is not something you want to provide to your non-smoking guest. There was some kind of noisy machine in the room that I guess was to help with the odor. It did not. I would really consider re-inforcing your no smoking policy. Such a shame because your hotel is in a gorgeous setting with very nice amenities.
