As a divorced dad, I travel to Rochester every few weeks to spend time with my daughter and have stayed at virtually every hotel/motel in the area. This one is by FAR the best. The pool/bar/atrium is simply amazing, and the staff is insanely helpful and courteous. It is a little pricey, but the few times I have been able to find a decent rate I have jumped on it and not been disappointed. There is a plethora of great restaurants within a short (under a mile) drive, or you can avail yourself upon the room service... yes...ROOM SERVICE! It's like being a politician or suchlike! We opted for the pizza and ice cream and it was among the best I've ever had... and delivered by the same really helpful person I talked to when I ordered it He even followed up mid-meal with a call to make sure all was well. It most decidedly was. Sadly, I can't really recall the breakfast experience, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't also awesome... I may have succumbed to my 8-year-old's love of IHOP (again, within a mile). Anyway, if you are staying in the Rochester area and can afford this place? DO IT!!!

As a Road Warrior who has been staying in NYS hotels for over 20 years, I can say this is one of my favorite hotels. I've stayed there about 20 nights over the last 18 months. The glass wall atrium with lobby, pool area, restaurant, and lounge is exceptionally attractive and very comfortable. The entire property is immaculate - one of the cleanest hotels I've seen. Families will love the safe pool area, which also has a whirlpool. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, spotless, quiet, and have upscale amenities. The restaurant is very clean, the menu is varied, the food is good, and the waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. There are excellent meeting facilities with varying room sizes. The location is perfect: easy to find, right off a major highway, and handy to everything in the south of Rochester suburbs. The entire staff is professional, cordial, and exudes hospitality. And room rates are competitve with many other area hotels. An all-around great stay.

We loved this hotel, we were able to get early check in with no problem. We received great service from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Featherbed or pillow tops. Plenty of down pillows. Bathrooms were a little old, but extremely clean. The Nutregena toiletries were nice.

Very good Hotel, Good price, Good breakfast, plenty of fruits, oatmeal and all the fatty traditional items. The room was clean, nice bathroom, excellent pool and hut tub. I've been in other Hotels in the area and this is the best, trust me.

We took our 3 girls for a day and night of swimming/hot tubbing. Great experience. Pool area clean and gorgeous. Lots of natural light coming through the atrium. Room large, with attractive decor and fixtures, Beds very comfortable, hotel very quiet. Hospitality remarkable. Noon check-out time a bonus. This is definitely the hotel we will be recommending to anyone coming to town for a visit. We have stayed in many pricier hotels with far less to be enthusiastic about. At $*/night, the bargain just made everything that much more appreciable.
