I thought that overall our stay was great. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. Those warm cookies they give you when you check in were delicous! They have a bus that will take you to the downtown area mall. I was very impressed over all, I think that for the price it was a great deal! I will definitley be back!

A stranger walked into one our rooms at 4am. I booked 4 rooms, 2 adult rooms and 2 rooms for teenagers for a church retreat . On our first at 4am a stranger walked into one of our teen rooms. Apparently they received a room key. When I complained to Management they said they would look into it. The next night I went to the front desk and ask for an extra key to the teen rooms, the person at the desk just gave me 2 keys. She didn't ask for ID, didn't confirm in the computer that the room was registered to me. Be aware. Also the restaurant closed before the time posted on the sign. The breakfast was not worth the $*, they charged for terrbible food and everything was half empty, Be aware! Doubletree West Palm Beach did not earn the 10's they are looking for.
