  I stayed one night at the Evansville drury Inn wwhile in town for a trade show. I had stayed there before and was not disappointed by anything except the non-functional spa, which, they told me, had recently been broken by some kids. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast more than adequate, and the price was right. The only drawback is that the place is a bit isolated with regard to eating places (unless you like Denny's, which adjoins the Drury), so for a nice meal, one has to drive some distance.

  Stayed 2 nights with my wife when visiting family. We also stayed here a couple of years ago and at that time they were remodeling. The place looked fine and was relatively clean. Didn't use the pool or fitness room although both looked fine. Room was alright. Nothing special but for $69 was what we expected. Location is not bad but is not right by malls, casino or anything special. All are a few miles away. The view out your window is not going to be anything scenic. Breakfast had eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, french toast, bagels, cereal and muffins. Decent variety but a lot of starch. Free evening drinks (alcohol included) and popcorn is a nice touch but we didn't take advantage of them this time due to our schedule. There are nicer places in Eville but most are going to cost you more so it is a good deal if you are trying to stay on a budget.
