I have stayed at plenty of places but this was by far a great experience. This hotel was full of amenities but the best part was the staff. I arrived late my first night and was tired and the night clerk was just amazingly helpful with whatever I needed and had a great sense of humor. I was ill and had cough medicine on the counter in my room and the cleaning lady that next day left me a note letting me know she hoped I'd feel better soon. The breakfast staff was helpful and pleasant. All around, everyone I encountered was nice and very helpful. The room was nice, comfy bed, fridge, microwave, recliner and flat screen TV. The place was clean with absolutely no evidence of bed bugs and they have a rigorous policy on identifying them and eliminating if necessary. Great, great, great!!!

Beautiful hotel, clean room, spacious bathroom! Fell in love with Drury Inns! We loved the free hot "snacks" in the evening, it is actually like a full dinner! Stuffed ourselves silly, plus 3 adult beverages each. Loved having a big hot breakfast in the morning as well! Friendly staff all around! Great experience in Indianapolis, I think I will always stay in a Drury Inn if at all possible! Thanks!

This is the third time our family has used Drury Inn. I finally left my pillow at home and just use theirs, they are that good. Great breakfast every time. The only cons about this one was the wait for an elevator. They had two and there was usually a line to use it. The other con...the line for breakfast was long, and seating limited. It was so excellent everyone showed up for it. The snack/evening meal from 5:30 to 7:00 pm was acceptable. I would rate it Good. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice. If there is a Drury Inn in the area I am traveling to they will continue to be my first choice for a Hotel.
