The staff are VERY friendly and willing to help you but by no means bothersom or pushy. The hotel does show that it is a bit dated, but everything is fully functional and operational. Breakfast is well prepared and plentyful. The only drawback was that the "evening kickback' food was the same for Friday and Saturday evenings. The staff told us that this is a major concern to them and that they have been trying to get this changed. This is our St. Louis/Westport spot from now on!

We had reserved our room a week prior and knew we would arrive late. When we arrived they had given our king room away, but had upgraded us to a queen suite at no additional cost. It was helpful because we had our 3 year old with us. Everything else was great. Friendly staff, comfortable room (did miss the king size bed), and great breakfast. The hotel was completely full and had a few ball teams there, so we were a bit scared about noise, but the rooms were very quiet. Would recommend this to others. This is our third Drury chain stay and are thrilled with each one.
