My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. They kept the room nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast is very minimal though. We spent most of our time away from the motel because we had activities that we went to. For our needs of having a place to sleep it was good and I would stay there again. If you have kids there arent any activities other than the pool. We were greeted by many salamanders outside but thats okay they were more than friendly. We did not have any ants or roaches in our room and the air conditioning worked great. There are many restaurants within a five mile radius and Busch Gardens is just down the road. It is about a 40 minute drive to get to the beaches this was a drawback. But overall a good experience.

Pros: cheap, near everything. We arrived at midnight and there was a very nice man at the reception. Checking in took just a couple of minutes. Cons: - ANTS in the room. - No fridge, not even a little one. Cannot have any food or drinks in the room - ants will be all over it. - Pool is accross the parking lot and not heated. Looked with a chain and open only at 10 am and you have to wait, sometimes it is later. - Old smelly carpet with stains. - Very loud at night, near train depot and honking in the middle of the night woke us up several times. - Breakfast is just weak coffee and pastry. Would not recommend to anyone with kids: difficult access to the pool and inability to have snacks in the room.

If we had not already paid for our room, we would of gone somewhere else. IIt was dirty looking, the first room they put us in had a water leak and the room stunk. They put us in another room and it was barely ok. The neighborhood was not the greatest and was probably not safe at all. There seemed to be some very interesting people hanging around. The pool was dirty and my kids would not go swimming in it. I was very disappointed in this part of our trip.

Rug was filthy,had a very bad smell.Toilet was stained. Blankets on bed smelled old and were used looking. Table in room was sticky I cleaned it. Bad neiborhood,could not walk after dark(in feb.). Police were on property three times. Will not stay at this hotel again.
