  Found a dead bug and alive spider in between the blanket and spread, sheets were very worn to the point you could see thru them. bottom sheet had a cigarette ...

  found a dead bug and alive spider in between the blanket and spread, sheets were very worn to the point you could see thru them. Bottom sheet had a cigarette burn hole. Bathroom was were not wiped down. Heater/AC has broken front cover and the control switch was broke off inside.
