Well, i have seen better rooms, I felt like the tile in the bathroom was used at the battle of little big horn to fight the indians. The soap scum in the shower made my soon to be wife have to get a rabies shot. I thought i heard popcorn in the room next to me, but it turns out that it was just the local gangs having the average run of the mill turf war. I will admit that the staff was very friendly, they provided a quality service.

Clean, comfortable but a little tight for a family of 4. Good water pressure in shower, lots of hot water, comfortable beds. Biggest complaint is the fact that the tv cannot be seen from the second bed because the bed is in a little room off to the side. It's a little hard for 4 people to squeeze together on one bed to watch tv at night. Staff very friendly and a lawn for us to throw softball around. (we were in Butte for a softball tournament). Quiet even though it is on a busy street. These are old miners bungalows but are in good shape and well kept. The early morning coffee was nice as were the pastries the owners put out with the coffee. Might stay there again as it was cheaper than most other places but might try someplace else next year.

I stayed at Eddy's while in Butte for work. The managers are good people, rooms clean and comfy. It is quiet, good location and definitely a value for the money compared to other lodging in the area.

My husband and I stayed at this property during a cross-country road trip. The people were so nice & the rooms were very clean. In fact, these rooms were cleaner than some ""brand"" properties we've stayed at. We would definitely stay again, much for a longer time.

Room was very old, linoleum in bathroom was nailed down, heater ran day and night, and couldn't be shut off. There was no chair in the room, so the only place to sit is on the bed. On the plus side, folks running it are very nice, encouraged me to fill my ice chest from the ice machine, etc. I'm staying there again on the way back home.
