  We stayed in the ""historic tower"". The view from the balcony during a rainstorm was just spectacular, as was the view of the clocktower and everything, at night. The lady in the bookstore was great, with stories of famous movie stars who'd stayed there. The food was luscious! It was an easy walk to lots of interesting places.

  I wasimmediately impressed with this hotel's service. We came in late on our arrival date. I called the hotel and they sent someone to pick us up immediately. He was even kind enough to drive us to pick up something to eat from a local hamburger eatery. We were welcomed with the smile and they took up our luggage with smiles on their faces. The reservationists were kind and friendly. I can't say enough about the restaurant staff as well as the cook!! THE ENTIRE STAY WAS AWESOME! I will always go to this hotel whenever I am in Jackson.
