The overall experience at this hotel was excellent. I was here with my family of 6 for spring break. We had plenty of room in one suite and we had a great time. Gondola is about 1.5 blocks from the front door. Easy walk. Great place and great trip. Thanks.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and we will certainly return to this hotel. Its convenience was what we needed. We were able to get fitted for skis purchase lift tickets get massages and rent a car all inside the hotel . Also it was a 2 minute walk to the gondola the casino and a variety of shopping and dining. The friendly staff was refreshing. The front desk was very willing to help us make reservations for snow moblie tours dining and anything else we needed. Their professionalism and customer service clearly set them apart from other hotels weve stayed at. The atmoshpere was also extremely friendly and inviting. The only negative was the gift/general store inside the hotel. I needed some items from the store and on 4 seperate occasions I went down to the store only to find a sign on saying that they were closed and would be back in 15 and sometimes 35 minutes. This was frustrating as I had to leave the hotel and get what I needed elsewhere. The pillows werent particularly great either. Other than that this is a fantastic hotel with fantastic hospitality.

The hotel was everything I expected since we had stayed there before. However I did not expect to have to pay $* a day to self park my motorcycle in a small corner of the valet area.
