I stayed here based on reviews from other web sites. I thought that this was a safer hotel and in a better location than the others. To my surprise, the hotel is located just seconds away from all the ithers (comfort suites and howard johnsons). The room rate here was about $* more than the other hotels. The staff was helpful day 1 but day 2 couldn't assist me with my needs. I was over charged at check out with room rates even higher than what was confirmed on web site. They fixed this eventually but it should never have happened. The atrium was noisy and filtered into room with children screaming and people laughing. The non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The walls are paper thin and I heard crying of infant next door and banging from small children on the other side thumping against the wall. I definitely do not think the hotel is worth the price. Stay somewhere cheaper, at least you won't waste the money for an upscale name.
