  We upgraded to a corner suite for a minimal cost and it was well worth it. Well maintained property and quiet. We stay in Pittsburgh often and we'll stay here every time from now on. Managers reception was nice in the evening for drinks. Breakfast was crowded, but did the job (get there early for seating and better choice of food). Overall, hard to beat for the price..free parking, free evening drinks, free breakfast, and shuttle if needed.

  We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very nice. We did have a difficult time finding the hotel as it is behind another hotel. The Embassy Suites sign is so low that you have to be in front of the hotel to see it.

  This was a very nice, well appointed hotel. The staff was very helpful and managed the mistakes I couldn't get corrected online. I have food allergies and the food staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

  We prepaid for this room and it was supposed to be a king bed. We got into our room and it was two doubles. So we asked about it at the front desk and were told that they do not guarantee rooms booked online. This in itself was not a big deal however the girl at the front desk was not very nice. The room was not very clean. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful and the rest of the staff very nice. The shuttle drivers were very friendly.

  Overall, a solid choice. My stay was a bit noisy due to a large group of kids (and their parents) on my floor (but not the HS prom downstairs!) and the desk staff seemed a bit frayed at check-in. The large central atrium transmits noise, but you can retreat to your bedroom to escape it. The room furniture does need some updating.
