If you are looking for a place that is just far enough away from the madness of the spring breakers, bars, and cheesy souvenir places, but still within walking distance of them, this is the place! The condos are relatively new, spacious, clean, and well designed. The kitchen was large, with lots of storage, granite countertops, all major and minor appliances, washer/dryer. There were 3 TV's, and a surround sound system in the living room (probably owner supplied), and a wireless modem (though I could log onto neighbors' networks easily). The balcony was huge, with a large 8ft. patio table and seating for 6, and excellent view of the beach. The towels are large and fluffy (didn't look like cheap motel rejects), and they even supply you with dishwashing liquid and powder, and laundry detergent (most condos I've stayed at barely give you a sliver of bath soap). All parking is in a covered garage, with overflow parking in a covered garage across the street and an enclosed overpass walkway from it to the main building. The beach was not crowded, and there were no screaming, drunk revelers beach or poolside. On the negative side, the pool is quite small, there is no lobby (check-in is in a small condo converted to an office on the 4th floor), the exercise room is a joke (1 treadmill and a couple of bikes), and they use actual keys instead of keycards for entry (so don't lose your roomkey!) The mattresses were as hard as rocks (sleeping on the floor would have been just as comfortable), and there is no playground for children(yeay!) I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay.
