The manager was very helpful and the staff was courteous. The room we stayed in was okay but fairly spartan. The quality of the furnishings was not the best and I would rate it a 2 star. The room was crowed with furniture because of the room size. Parking was very crowded and you may have to walk half way around the grounds to get to your room. The door was ill fitting and was troublesome to open and close. Overall, I will give them a 2 stars.

I was dissatified with my stay here. When I booked the room it stated on the internet that there would be continental breakfast which was one of the main reasons I booked the room. This was just a get-away weekend for me and my husband and I didn't want to have to get up early and leave to go get breakfast. On top of that, the people in the room next to us flooded their room and the water came under the wall into our room soaking the entire kitchen area and most of the room. The staff was happy to give us another room, however the room we were transferred to was full of flies and some other type of small black flying insect and the bed was not made. I understand that is was not the fault of the hotel or staff that we had to move, however they should have made sure the room was ready before they had us walking all over the hotel at 1am in the morning with all our belongings.

I decided to take an evening away from my kids and it was so peaceful. The hotel also came with pots, dishes, a stove, microwave, and a complete refriderator So I did not have to go buy food. I stayed at the Extended Stay off of Andrews Avenue. I must say I was completely satisfied and ready to go home to the kids. I give my experience an A+.
