Ok, I understand this is an extended stay hotel - therefore there will be some people who live there. However, at this location at least half of the units are occupied by long term tenants with children and dogs. People who have lived there for so long that they have brought extra furniture. People who no longer consider that other people sleep before 11pm. The front desk said the right things when we complained about the constant noise but they were obviously on the side of the long term tenants. Room was cleaned in a hurry, leaving peanut shells in the heater, markers under the bed, mold in the shower (by the soap tray) and a cockroach in the kitchen. The front desk staff is all teenagers and the manager is in her 20

The door didn't close properly. The key quit working on the first day. Some weird guy approached us asking "do you have a computer?" when we were trying to get into our room. The room was in bad shape overall. The bed was rock-hard. When we tried to check out earlier than we had planned, the clerk tried to tell us that we had to pay for the night anyway. This was clearly not true, and she gave in after I protested.

07/24/2009I question whether travelocity should have the santa rosa esa as an offering. our experience was: bugs in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, ineffective air conditioner, warm refrigerator, stained countertops, ...
I question whether Travelocity should have the Santa Rosa ESA as an offering. Our experience was: bugs in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, ineffective air conditioner, warm refrigerator, stained countertops, etc. We wouldn't even consider staying there again and obviously could not recommend it to others.
