This was a getaway to celebrate my husbands birthday. When we arrived, they put us in a smoking room. I went to the front desk to ask to be switched because of my very severe asthma. They lady was so rude. She assigned me to a room that she admitted all guests complain about as the air conditioner out side of it is really loud. There was mold on the sheets and floor, and several other problems. My husbands birthday was ruined as was our trip since we were both seriously ill from the mold. When I complained about it, nothing was done. This was a horrible experience! I would never stay here or recommend anyone staying here.

We had booked this through Travel agency and when we arrived they had booked us into a "Smoking" room. When we tried to get that changed the staff made us feel like we were second class citizens since we had booked through Travel agency. They were rude and unhelpful. We finally just walked out. However it turns out they were right about booking through Travel agency, since they were no help what so ever in helping book into another hotel that night. They did cancel the reservation but charged about $8* dollars to do it. It was a big nightmare. I'm never staying in a Extended Stay and I'm never booking through Travel agency again.

Overall stay was nice. The young lady behind the front desk was not very pleasant. Her answers were short and she wasn't very helpful. When I entered my room, I was not happy. It seemed like housekeeping did not finish the cleaning. Bed was unmade, blankets were on the floor and the soap that was used from the previous guest was still in the sink. I immediately called the front desk and she moved me into another room that was much better. Clean and the beds were comfortable.Everything I needed was right there. The young lady who checked me out was much nicer and friendlier than the previous girl. I would stay again.

We highly recommend staying at the Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando-Pointe through Travelocity! The price was very reasonable. The overall hotel experience exceeded my expectations. The front desk was very friendly and helpful; we followed several of the suggestions. The room was neat, clean, comfortably furnished, and pleasant. There were several unexpected amenities like the kitchenette that pleased me. I'll go back. . .
