The room its self was not the most or least clean I have ever stayed in. It was very spacious and the kitchenette and fridge were wonderful to have with three kids. There was also plenty of closet space. We also love having the sink outside of the bathroom. However the front desk staff was very rude, the room smelled of smoke and milldew, we could hear our "neighbors," yelling late at night and the up keep in the halls was very poor. Over all it was okay, it was a place to sleep and shower and we were not on top of each other.

09/27/2010The rooms was nice enough but had a really bad smell. we stayed two days and the hotel is in a good location. lots of noise late at night.

I stayed at the Extended Stay Deluxe Lake Bunea Vista with my 11 yr old daughter in June 2009. This hotel was in the prime location to visit all major attractions conveniently! Food store located right down the street which assisted in saving tons of money because the rooms are equipped with refrigerators. Gift shops and fast food restaurants are within walking distance. Pool area is secure and kept clean. The only problem I had while staying at the hotel was my tv did not work as well as I had hoped. Rooms come equipped with DVD players which was useful for playing my DVDs I brought from home. There is a continental breakfast served each morning which was helpful. I would definitely stay again at this hotel and I am actually in the process of booking another vacation with them at the moment. Keep up the good work!

cars were broken into in front of the hotel while i was checking in! once i checked in & went to my room i found my non-smoking room had a horrible smell of stale smoke, dirty ashtrays in the room, and overall stale smell in the room. i immediately checked out & found a cleaner & safer hotel down the street. you get what you pay for. pay little, expect little.

The room was clean and well maintained. We spent 6 nights at the hotel. The bed was huge and comfortable. We did not make use of the housekeeping service but the room was clean to begin with and we spent most of time our at Disney. There is shuttle service provided from the hotel to Disney but the timing was quite restrictive.
