I had a good plane trip & my hotel was near transportation. I took two tours and was picked up at my Hotel & returned The trip was interesting and fun. I came to see my Son ,but he did not have a lot of time so the covenience of the Hotel enabled me to rnjoy some things by myself.

The wireless internet connection was poor, it frequently was impossible to connect and disconnections were constant. Even local channels on the TV went out, including CBS during the NCAA tournament. The card reader at the back door was broken for weeks and promises to fix these items were NEVER accomplished. Guests left trash and dirty laundry in the halls, which could sit for up to 24 hours. The rooms were too small for a long term stay, and the refrigerator sounded like it was about to conk out. Some of the staff were OK, others were surly and incompotent. The pool was attractive and well located, but the towel rack was never stocked and the jacuzzi was frequently out of service. The hotel has a fantastic location with great access to all Phoenix area attractions, and dozens of restaurants are within a mile. This hotel is clearly not living up to it's potential.

I stay here pretty much whenever I come to Phoenix on business (about once a year). The rooms are big and have nice comfortable couches and convenient kitchen-like areas. The front desk is sometimes a little understaffed; but this is an inexpensive, nice place. It's happens to be located very conveniently for me, but that's beside the point. It's also not far from the airport.

I was not pleased with this hotel at all. I had an infant with me and assumed they would have a pack and play or small crib. There was neither. When I entered my room it was about 90 degrees and smelled terrible of smoke. I guess I assumed they would have asked my preference of smoking or non-smoking. The bed was uncomfortable and the kitchenette seemed very outdated. The man at the front desk was VERY polite. It 2 in the morning my time and he was trying to be very helpful in getting things taken care of. I would not stay here again, though.
