THE HOTEL WAS TO FAR FROM THE CITY.THE HOTEL SHUTTEL WASN'T AVAILABLE UNTIL 8AM .THEY WOULDN'T PICK US UP FROM AIRPORT. HAD NO IRON FOR US TO USE ,SAID WE HAD TO SEND OUT OUR CLOTHES TO HAVE THEM PRESS AND WOULDN'T GET HAVE THEM BACK FOR 2-DAYS. PLUS THERE WAS A FEE FOR THAT.WE PURCHASE A PACKAGE WITH SOME EXCURSIONS WHICH THERE WERE (2) OF THEM THAT WE HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BY 6:30 AM BECAUSE THE SHUTTEL WASN'T AVAILABLE UNTIL 8AM AND NEEDED TO GET A TAXI FOR THE EXCURSION WE HAD AT 7:15 AM TOUR WAS STARTING AT 7:30AM .THEN OUR MEALS WERE IN THE PACKAGE THAT WE PURCHASE ,THAT WAS A LAUGH IN ITSELF. THEY WOULD BRING US WHAT THEY HAD FOR THAT NIGHT. NOT EVEN ASKING US WHAT WE WANTED !!!!! I FOUND THIS PLACE TO FAR FROM THE CITY CUSTOMER SERVICE NEED TO BE BETTER .I FEEL THAT I WOULDN'T SEND ANYBODY THAT I KNEW TO THIS HOTEL EVER VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

i was looking forward to my rome trip after 2 wonderful days in paris.i had some things on my places to see before you die list and rome was on it.sadly i will never go to italy again.first let me say the hotel was very nice and the people friendly.then let me tell you that this hotel is in an semi industrial area.all around the hotel is broken down buildings and crowds of delinquents on moterbikes drinking and looking for victims.as a matter of fact most of rome was filled with young people who would come up to you and pat you down and try to rip your chains/necklesses off.the amount of empty alcohol containers was rediculous.the place was filthy and trash was in evidence everywhere.the help would tell you that a bank or busstop was ""50 meters""to the left or right of the gate at the front of the hotel when in reality it was miles away.the hotel had no airport shuttle and you had to catch a bus to get anywhere as the hotel is so far removed from the city center it is ludicrous to call this a rome hotel.the bus and metro(subway) system closes down at 6 pm so that is a problem.the city was so covered in graffiti that it is a wonder that any clear pictures of the city exist.i had to leave a day early,walk a mile to the bus with 3 pieces of luggage,catch the metro,then th eexpress train to the airport and sleep in the airport to make my 7 am flight.this is not what i expected at all.i have been in iraq for 4 years and this was my vacation at the end of it.
