In the parking lot the air stinks like dog poop. *Free parking Reception area is nice and little cozy place. However, we saw only one slow & small elevator. Room was ok. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was a little disappointing. The bathtub could use some cleaning especially the area where you would place your soap. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion DO NOT have a pleasant smell. Called reception desk about Wi-Fi. He gave me a password to log-in. Internet for us was complimentary. First time I logged in, I had to select CA$ * for 24 hours (we weren't charged for it though :oD ) before I could enter the password. Breakfast was a joke. Only coffee, orange juice, and toasts are complimentary. They will charge you for eggs.

I stayed with a couple of friends. It was close to the airport. Free shuttle to and from the hotel/airport. If you're looking for a hotel with a free continental breakfast, this is not the place. Even though their website states that they offer a continental breakfast, the only thing you get is a cup of coffee, a cup of orange juice, and a slice of toast. And there is no breakfast area in the lobby like at other hotels. To get this breakfast, you have to go to the onsite restaurant, Brooklyn Steakhouse and Lounge. A waitress brings the breakfast to you. If you want more than the toast, coffee and juice, you have to purchase additional items from the breakfast menu. We had the free breakfast only on our first day, and after discovering what the free breakfast included, we didn't go back. And plus, it really wasn't free because we felt obligated to tip the waitress for bringing us our "free" toast, coffee and juice. Hotel is also close to River Rock Casino. Even though the casino offers a shuttle that makes a stop at the hotel, we just walked to the casino. Only a 5 minute walk.

While the rooms were clean, the facility is old. The towels are too thin to dry off with. There was no continental breakfast. While the shuttle service was fine in the early morning, I dropped my rental car the night befoe and had to wait over 35 minutes for the van (I called 3 times requesting pick up). my advise, spend a little more and get something better.

We stay in three differen t rooms in this hotel in two weeks. The first stay, our room was on the first floor. Room was very small, and had bad smell. I was about to cancel the booking for the next two stays. But didnt get the time to do it. So when we went to to vancouver, we stay in this hotel again. This time the room is on the third floor. It was ten times better than the first floor. It's big, and clean and no smell. And the third stay, our room was on the third floor too. It was good also. But this time the room faces to a busy street, so it is a bit noisy. Front desk people is not bad, but not very warm also. Worth to stay when you get the good price. Very close to the airport too.
