  My stay at extended stay america bloomington-normal,,was a step up from sleeping outside..infact, sleeping outside would have probably been cleaner..this an extremely, dirty hotel..the carpets ...

  My stay at Extended Stay America Bloomington-Normal,,was a step up from sleeping outside..Infact, sleeping outside would have probably been cleaner..This an EXTREMELY, dirty hotel..The carpets have nasty stains,,the sheets and comforters, look as if they"ve NEVER been washed..,,no shampoo in the shower...The television was tiny,,the remote only worked after you pushed the button, over and over again...This hotel has the potential to be a first class place,,very nice on the outside....However, as previously stated,,the inside is more like a barn....I would NEVER, stay there again................

  Check in gal less than friendly. laundry/vending area dirty with tape holding door latch together. elevator smelled like the way my college dorm did as i remember 20 years ...

  Check in gal less than friendly. Laundry/Vending area dirty with tape holding door latch together. Elevator smelled like the way my college dorm did as I remember 20 years later. (Not good). Guest room smelled like an Indian restaurant. (Not appealing to this midwesterner). Reclininer was stained. Bed sheets were worn and rough feeling. Bed was not what we had reserved - much smaller. TV was quite small. Had to actually "check-out" in person, a drag when trying to catch a flight by 6 am. Had a curb you had to drag your suitcases up onto just to get in the lobby door. Pretty dissapointed, but I guess you can't expect much for $* and I have learned that lesson well.

  The hotel was easy to find, very clean and neat. carpet was clean. it is pet friendly - would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that there was a $25.00 ...

  The hotel was easy to find, very clean and neat. Carpet was clean. It is pet friendly - would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that there was a $25.00 pet charge. Would stay again.
