The problems we experienced was not with the service or a clean room, we didn't get the rooms that I paid for. I reserved and paid for 1 standard and 2 delux studio's but got 2 standards and 1 delux. My family and I checked in late when we found out so we had to split one family in to two. Not a good experience when you are tired from a full day at the Zoo.
