The hotel was satisfactory. But not what i was led to expect. I googled the internet for a room with a recliner. One of the Extended Stay hotels was said to have recliners. So I called the one in Dearborn and they said there was a recliner in every room. When I got there I found none of the rooms had recliners. This was disappointing because i have back pain and like to spend half the night sleeping in the recliner. Extended Stay is set up to clean your room once a week, only if you stay for a week. If you want fresh towels, you have to pay $*.

I stayed here for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday last year, and will probably do so again this year. The Extended Stay Dearborn is your typical ""traveling salesman"" hotel - forgettable interior decor, no pool, no restaurant - but the rooms are clean and the price is right. The suites each have a kitchenette with microwave, oven/range, refrigerator, and place settings for two, so with a trip quick to the Kroger's about a mile away, you can prepare your own meals. If this feature isn't important to you, then you can probably get a better deal on a different hotel, but if you're staying for more than a day or two it's nice to have the option to cook. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a long-term stay and for whom price is more important than amenities.
