My mother and I stayed here for just the weekend in the beguining of Nov. I was in town for the ethsetics convention and booked through travel online. We were given a smoking room because travel online didn't give me the option to choose. We got to the 3rd floor and the smoke smell was soooo bad i instantly had a migraine and my nose stuffed up. Thankfully the girl at the desk gave us a new room. I was dissapointed that there was no pool and no contintental breakfast. And hardly any movie channels to speak of. 10 channels at best and mostly sports and news. The staff was VERY nice and helpfull to us. Were from little towns in Michigan and this city was enormous to us so they were helpful. I think i was booking in too much of a hurry because i should have realized that this place is perfect for business only. Just like the name says...."Extended Stay" if you just want a room its great. If you want a "hotel" type in Holiday Inn. I dont blame this hotel I blame travel online and myself. But I won't stay again. Im a kid at heart and no pool, no morning doughnut/bagel, and no cool movies?........not that fun.

Pretty nice.
09/30/2009Hotel was nice, staff was friendly, not too far from the beach or airport, only about 10min. from both. it was definitely nice that it had a little kitchen.
