My family and I really enjoy this hotel,they gave us a wonderful rate and my kids didn't want to leave. The front desk clerk was nice although they were clueless about the city, I can't complain I now own a g.p.s! I would defintly go back to Extended Stay America Hotel. In fact, i just made reservation for my parent to stay at the same hotel.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel! First, yes, as the other reviews have commented, if you ask for a "non-smoking room" don't expect much. It still smells like a smoker has been living there for 20 years! The hallways smell this way as well. As far as the cleanliness of the room, I would have to give them a big fat F! First, the dishes in the kitchen were dirty (even though they were put away)--I actually picked up a glass and it had dirty remnants of some kind of brown/black drink in the bottom of the glass. MOST DISGUSTING WAS THE FACT THAT MY ROOM WAS INFESTATED WITH FLEAS! YES, FLEAS! The minute I stepped on the carpet, at least 5 or 6 fleas would jump on me and bite my legs and feet. When I told the front desk about this, they were not very helpful. I had to get a refund and move into another hotel in the middle of the night! I would never stay here again, even if the prices are a bit lower. It's not worth it!
