  The desk clerk was very nice and when we checked in she assured us we had a non-smoking room. When we got to our room, their was a terrible, chemical odor (attempting to cover up the cigarette smell) and there were 2 ashtrays in the room. When I returned home, I had to wash all my clothes

  We are currently staying in the extended stay america in livermore. the front desk staff is very cheerful and hospitable. even the maintenance men are friendly and welcoming. the room ...

  We are currently staying in the Extended Stay America in Livermore. The front desk staff is very cheerful and hospitable. Even the maintenance men are friendly and welcoming. The room is wider and more spacious than a typical motel room, and it is stocked with cooking and eating implements. Although close to a freeway entrance and a municipal airport, the surrounding area is very quiet at night... we are able to sleep withthe windows open The walls are a bit thin and you get maid service only once a week, but we will definitely choose to stay here again.
