  If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, this is it. Having only stayed one night I cannot comment on the amenities. We had an early flight and found this hotel to meet our needs of getting up and out early. We would use this hotel again.

  Hard to beat the price and the location is good for the airport and meetings in Tempe/Mesa. Room is comfortable but basic. You need to understand the housekeeping arrangement here - it is minimal and involves a certain amount of self service. Internet was good. Major downsides is maintenance; the toilet leaked for the full three days of my stay and they never bothered to fix it - "we don't have maintenance staff over the weekend". Most hotels do. A/C was barely adequate. Absolutely no frills at this hotel. I'm not sure who is their target customer but if it's low price that you want and you are prepared for some inconvenience, then this place might work for you. Bring your own food and drink - at least they have a mini kitchen, so that's good for longer stays.
