The lady at the front desk was really pleasant. She welcomed me to the hotel, and was courteous. When I left the building that night, she told me to have a nice evening. She made the environment have a "family" feel to it. When I came back to the hotel later that evening, the after hours doors were locked. I tried using my key in the designated slot outside the door; however, the key did not work. I tried using the hotel phone located next to the outside door. This phone was suppose to get ahold of the person at the front desk; however, the phone was not set up appropriately, and when I dialed "0" it rang an actual operated located in Ohio, who could not open the front lobby door. I was able to finally get into to the lobby part of the hotel when another guest entered and let me in. Otherwise, I would have had to stay in my car. I contacted the Manager the next business day and left a message. I didn't hear back for a few days, and called again. I was able to get ahold of the manager, and discussed my "scary" situation with her. She was appologetic, and said she will check into the key not working and the phone misdirect.

Stayed at this hotel, staff was nice and kind, but the hallway and room was probably just a little better than a Motel 6. Also Internet connection was very bad. Often disconnected or slow.

If you like sleeping on the floor , you'll love their king size bed. Hard as a rock. The freeway noise starts at 5:00am on i680. This is a""NASCAR"" quality experience. Didn't sleep well all night. Staff was nice at the counter.

Think again
10/16/2006Even though this place is the newest in the area it is dirty. when you walk through the halls you smell stale odors from everyone cooking in their rooms.
