  I would definitely to make accommodations to stay there again. The staff is very helpful, the room was really clean, and Bellevue is quite nice city. The room was also equipped with a small stove, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. So if you like to cook your own meals they provide everything you need. The surrounding area is a very safe place.

  there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and it took a very long time for the water to get hot in the kitchen and bath. The iron leaked, the ironing board cover was so stretched out of shape it was useless. The fourth floor hallway smelled like someone had walked up and down smoking a cigar for weeks. The elevators were musty. Every carpet in the place we saw was stained and had litter all over. The price was cheap for the Bellevue area but you get what you pay for. The staff was friendly but not experienced. If you asked for something you got it but there was no anticipation of needs by the staff. You only get a room refresh if you ask for it and pay for it. I would not stay there again.

  We were disappointed with the room as the window wouldn't lock due to being installed improperly. The shower had mold around the top of the stall where it meets the wall.
  The amenities were sparse. We wouldn't recommend staying here for any extended amount of time. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for dining.

  Hotel personell were friendly, but the interior was dirty, I arrived late, and had to be ""Buzzed in"", and there was a bullet proof screen down over the desk, (not welcoming). My room reeked of smoke, and the dishes were not clean, the carpet was burned from cigarettes, and the furniture was shabby. In addition, it was hard to find.
