  Lobby of the hotel- carpet was very stained and looked dirty.

  Lobby of the hotel- Carpet was very stained and looked dirty.
  Room looked OK
  Asked for non-smoking when we went into the room the window was left open and I thought it smelled slightly like someone had smoked there.
  Next morning we left early after taking showers, when we got back the room had not been cleaned, the dirty towels had not been picked up and we had no clean towels left. I will not stay there again. I was very disappointed.
