This hotel is in a "safer" area of town; not too much happens here. We enjoyed the staff, and the coffee in the room. Best hotel coffee I can remember. (We brought our own creamers) The pizza place in the shopping center next door is good. We enjoyed eating outside and watching the sunset over the freeway. The room wasn't the cleanest. There was an icky sheen over most things in the kitchen. I would have cleaned the place myself if we were going to cook. Full size fridge with ice maker was nice--remember to turn on the ice maker if you want ice (we forgot). Has a dishwasher and dishwasher power as well as pans to cook in. The microwave buttons make a loud beep; tried using it while my mother was asleep and didn't know about that. Mom had trouble getting the bathroom sink light to turn on and maintenance responded (right when it happened, at night). Bed was not extremely comfortable and quite small for two people. I think we ended up with one double bed that mom and I shared. Wifi is not free ($* fee). Overall it was a good room for the night we needed to stay. We wanted to book here again.

Very clean, but gaps around door & lock had been removed and re-installed. Good size room with full kitchen and decent working space, laundry room on premises and very clean. No "business center" in lobby, but desk staff printed off boarding passes for us. "Complimentary breakfast" was bagels and cream cheese, no fruit in sight. Desk did warn us it was very limited. Nice coffee shop in plaza next door.
Biggest problem for our family [we had two non-smoking and one smoking room] was that tobacco smoke was carried into rooms on ventilation systems as the second floor of both buildings we were in allowed smoking. The company should consider making at least one of the three buildings completely smoke free. At one point we had to leave the room completely for several hours with the fans on as I am asthamatic and tobacco smoke triggers attacks. Except for that, nice place, a little far from downtown, but very quiet at night. We would stay again if smoking were banned, otherwise not. -

This hotel is clean and well maintained. I was surprised at how nice the room was for the price. I"ve stayed with this brand before and this one is much nicer than the others I"ve stayed with. It"s not close to tourist spots but it is close to shopping and meeting areas.
