  This hotel should be rated a 2 star . This would be a nice place to stay if you are traveling with your pet, and would like to enjoy the breakfast bar with aninals and don't mind exchanging your dirty linens at the front desk. The staff was was friendly.

  Very friendly staff. The location was perfect for us. We there there 3 days/2nights and visited downtown Charlotte, Carowinds, and Ikea. All were closer than we expected to our location. It was just me and my husband. We were able to cook breakfast in our room (grocery store very close) which was very convenient. I really liked the separate sleeping area. It allowed my husband to sit up later and watch TV while I went to bed. We would choose another extended stay if available in other areas we visit.

  Considering the room slept 6, I cant complain about the price. But they dont come and clean the room at all and if you would like any clean linens at all, you have to go down and get them from the front desk. The towels were really rough and actually made my two year old cry to be dried off with them at the pool. The day staff was really nice but the night shift was a force to be reckoned with, when you could find them. We waited around for 3 hours to get some fresh towels the last night of our stay. The front clerk just sticks a sign up that says be back in 5 mins. They did have a sign up saying that if you had an emergency to dial an extension on the lobby phone, but we didn't consider towels an emergency.
