  I recently relocated to Denver. I came at a time when 3 conventions were going on. This was the only place I could find that met my price point. The 1st room I got was filthy! I had to spend an hour cleaning it before I could unpack! The person above my head was super noisy & rude! I moved rooms only to get an even worse person next door who was a chain smoker. I had to put a towel at the door to keep the smell from entering my room. There is a sports bar across the street that plays really loud music at night. The street was really noisy too. The 2nd room was a bit cleaner but I didn

  FRONT DESK WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY A COUPLE OF TIMES TO HELP ME, AND WITH A SMILE AND IN MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER. ALSO, VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, GOOD FOOD AND MODERATE PRICING.
