I stayed at this hotel years ago when it first opened under the Aspen brand. Since being sold to Extended Stay the hotel has gone down hill. They charge for the internet connectivity. They only clean the rooms once a week, if you want it cleaned more often, it will cost you a fee for every day that you want it cleaned. The Key Card reader on the door functioned badley with a minimum of 5 insertions of the card to open the door every time I wanted to enter the room. Often it would take upwards of 10 insertions to open the door. When I complained to the staff, they told me to just wiggle it around until it opened. I was trying to get a nice quiet location because I had a professional examination on the third day of my stay, and with the drunken party upstairs I did not get it. I will not stay at this hotel ever again because it has gone downhill so badly.

Stayed here for several days with our small dog. The room was more than enough room for us, the staff was friendly and professional, and we loved the location near the the airport and Valley. The only complaint we had was the security; the side doors were propped open for the convenience of smokers coming in and out of the building.

I travel alot to Juneau and the only place I stay is here at the Extended Stay. The rooms are clean, it is quiet. And the front of the house staff are very friendly and willing to help you any way they can. I had problems with thier room and they were there and fixed it right away. I will recommend this place to anyone I know!

I was there 10 days hotel front desk said hi only twice otherwise they ignored me. Exercise room sparse only two exercies choices. Room service one a week they never cleaned my room. Placed boxes for trash outside the room it took two days to pick up. I was entitled to a voucher for free stay in future did not bother to pick up. Washer and Dryer were convenient.

THis hotel has gone down hill since it changed from ASPEN to Extended Stays. What you should know... 1. Rooms are dirty and only cleaned once per week. 2. They do not provide shampoo, you have to ask for coffee. 3. Service staff are no where to be found late at night, I recently tried to check out early in the am, but no one was there. 4. They lost my last reservation. 5. They advertise a shuttle van to and from the airport, but frequently don't have a driver. I stayed at this hotel because I don't have a lot of options as a state employee. I would advise others to pick another location.
