My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The ONLY complaint we had was no shuttle to Universal Studios. The front desk attendants were awesome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families!!

Just got back from staying here....Its a wonderful hotel in a great location. The room was clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a excellent hotel and we look forward to staying here again. HOWEVER, the walls are paper thin. We had to listen to our upstairs neighbors foot races or wrestling matches, or whatever thing they were doing untill midnight. The front desk was helpful, but that doesn't stop jerks from being jerks. The pool is tiny, smaller than most private home pools in FL. The breakfast offered is minimal, 2 types of muffins, plain bagels, and coffee. Also the arrangement of the bathroom places the roll of toilet paper poking directly in your side making it more than a bit awkward to access it.

This was a nice hotel except that they only had 2 shuttles in the morning and then 2 for the return at night for disney so we ended up going to universal most of the time so we didnt get stuck. They need to get citronella candles for the bugs near the pool though. The staff is very nice but they need to check the floors at night for unfavorable odors. Close to everything!!!!

Stayed for 10 days back in the summer and just felt the need to write a positive review for the hotel. Room we stayed in was quite large and very clean! No bugs or problems like I've read in other reviews. Had a pull out sofa and tv in separate part of room for me to watch tv without bothering my sleeping gf. Bathroom was big and clean. Many drawers for our clothes and excess luggage. Front desk was friendly and helpful. (allowed us to leave our bags behind the front desk on our last day so we could go to Universal again in the afternoon because our flight didn't leave until night).... It was a very short half mile walk to Universal and within 100 yards of numerous restaurants and shops... Can't beat the hotel for the price we paid!
