  No pool, TV was not working in the room and it's a small old fashioned one. The AC unit was noisy and awkwardly located on the wall right above the bed (instead of by the door or window) and blows cold air over your head when you try to sleep. I like to keep my room cold but not having the air blowing directly at my head. They charge for internet service which is FREE in most hotels. When I was making the reservation, they showed a different rate for the same date every time I checked. The type of room I reserved and paid for in advance was not available, so they downgraded me into another room that was supposed to cost less. There was a coffee maker, cream and sugar but NO coffee or cups although they are plates, pots, pans, etc... Last but not least, the receptionist was extremely rude when I checked out and she even refused to give me a receipt or a note showing that I got a less expensive room than what I had already paid for. I think their rate is way higher than what it should be for this type of hotel
