This Extended Stay was reasonably priced considering I was in need of a hotel on New Years Eve due to being stuck in downtown Raleigh for health reasons. The only issue I had with this visit was that they only offered hand soap and body soap... the shampoo packets were in a vending machine for $*. That is so outrageous but as far as the staff- the night people had already completed their nightly audit so I had to wait a little bit but all in all it was not that bad.

I guess in an effort to reduce costs, no air-conditioning in the lobby so had to wait 30 minutes to check in the heat. Hotel smelled horrible and one front desk staff member was the worst I've experienced. Do yourself a favor....pass this one by!!!!
